The rooftop view looks out over the buildings of Pitt Street, including the the Provident Life Assurance Company Limited, the Federal Mutual Chambers,Swains bookshop and the Moana Cafe, showing the area busy with pedestrians, cars, vans and a tram.
Part of an archive of forensic photography created between 1912 and 1964. This image is one of a series of 4 negatives contained in envelope no. 52/1743.
