Description:
This image is one of a collection of photographs of The Rocks and Circular Quay dating from approximately 1950-1970. According to a Statement of Significance carried out by the NSW Government, the Jobbins Terrace is one of only two survivng terraces in Sydney built in the Greek Revival style. To the left of Jobbins Terrace is Long's Lane and two more terrace houses still in existence. The car park in the foreground is now a built area. The tops of two parked double decker buses can be glimpsed on the far right. The slide is date stamped “OCT70” which probably refers to the processing date.
